Interpreter Services

The Vendor is required to provide interpreter services through various mediums.
- Responsible for providing Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) Services, Video-Remote Interpretation (VRI) Services and Scheduled On-Site Interpretation Services (collectively “Services”) on an as-needed basis
- Provide VRI Services that are culturally and linguistically competent; for the languages provided.
- Provide certified interpreters with specialized training and certification in the areas of medical and human services interpretation.
