Interpreter Services

The Vendor is required to provide interpreter services may include, but not be limited to, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting, signing exact English (SEE) interpreting, trilingual interpreting, and video remote interpretation (VRI).
- Interpreter services may be requested for:
• Students in academic classroom settings.
• Students participating in extracurricular activities, athletics, field trips, and school sponsored events.
• Parents and guardians attending meetings, conferences, and individualized education program (IEP) meetings, eligibility meetings, disciplinary meetings, and other school-related activities.
• District staff when approved by the district.
