1. Review Existing Engagement Documentation
• Review prior community engagement materials, feedback summaries, and design alternatives previously developed for the Troost Ave corridor.
• Identify gaps, recurring public concerns, and key themes to inform updated outreach materials.
2. Corridor Visualization and Renderings
• Develop two detailed renderings per segment.
• Renderings will illustrate proposed cross-sections, multimodal features, and streetscape enhancements.
• Include a 3D corridor model for reference, providing continuous visualization across segments suitable for public presentations and virtual engagement platforms.
3. Public Survey Development
• Create a short five-question survey focused on preferences, priorities, and perceived safety or mobility issues.
• Ensure questions are easily understood and aligned with prior engagement findings.
• Prepare both online and printed formats for distribution during meetings and through digital channels.
4. Public Meetings and Materials
• Conduct four public meetings (one per segment), ensuring equitable geographic and demographic representation.
• Develop accompanying materials, including:
o Presentation boards and slides with visualizations and 3D model stills
o Handouts summarizing proposed improvements and key decision points
o Survey distribution and collection logistics
o Summary talking points and facilitation guidance
5. Survey Summary and Reporting
• Analyze responses from all survey formats.
• Prepare a Survey Summary Report including key findings, sentiment trends, and community priorities.
• Integrate feedback insights to inform design refinements and future engagement phases.
