Live Agent Services

The Vendor is required to provide for live agent services.
- Shall be able to perform the services in either English or Spanish
- These phone calls are informative and administrative. The contractor will not provide medical information or advice to patients.

- Do Not Call Compliance: Contractor shall dial all numbers on PBX phone system and/or Contractor shall scrub list for Wireless/Non-Wireless number identification. Contractor shall call wireless numbers manually from a PBX phone system, and Non-wireless numbers from autodial enabled telephony system. Contractor shall maintain and operate Campaign specific agency for this effort.
- Reporting: Contractor will provide basic standard statistical analysis weekly via electronic delivery. Any additional custom reporting content/pricing will be determined at a later date in agreement with an appointed representative agency.
