The Vendor is required to provide HVAC replacement project services for include:
1. Meeting room
• One outdoor heat pump unit
• Approximately two indoor wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted air handling units (contractor to size appropriately)
• Refrigerant piping
• Condensate drainage
• Electrical connections
• Controls and thermostat
• Startup and commissioning
2. Offices
• One outdoor heat pump unit
• Approximately three indoor units serving:
• Office #1
• Office #2
• Open office area
• Refrigerant piping
• Condensate drainage
• Electrical connections
• Controls
• Startup and commissioning
- General requirements
• Remove and legally dispose of existing HVAC equipment.
• Protect all finishes during construction.
• Repair any damage caused during installation.
• Install all equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Install all refrigerant piping, line sets, drain piping, supports and insulation.
• Furnish all electrical disconnects and wiring required from existing electrical service.
• Coordinate all electrical work required for installation.
• Install programmable thermostats or manufacturer-recommended controls.
• Test, balance and commission both systems.
• Demonstrate operation of the systems to town personnel.
• Provide complete operating manuals.
• Register all manufacturer warranties.
