he Vendor is required to provide website publishing, hosting solution and website maintenance service with an integrated school district rapid mass notification system in accordance with the requirement and specification.
- All of these systems must be able to interact and have one source of data input.
- Provide a mobile friendly version of all pages.
- Provide the ability for District content managers to create new pages easily with easy access to standard formatted pages for consistency in design creation.
- Website and Publishing Platform:
- The district seeks a district and school-based website publishing solution and maintenance service with the goal of maintaining website content by nontechnical and technical users via the internet.
- The system should allow district and school-level administrators the ability to quickly, easily and securely put their information on the websites.
- The total proposed solution must include:
• District website and 16 individual school websites
• Launch date prior to July 1, 2025
• Training for district and school level web admins prior to launch
• Provide necessary maintenance and service of websites throughout the length of the contract
• SSL/TLS required
• Contractor must manage all hosting and maintenance offsite. Hosting servers must be on US soil.
• The District owns the District and school/program/facility domain names.
• Less than 20-minute response time for urgent support issues. Support must be on US soil. Chat, email and phone support are required.
• Seamless transition from incumbent if changing provider
• LDAP/Active Directory and/or Azure and/or Class link integration for SSO authentication
• PowerSchool integration for messaging data lists
• Streamlined social media integration

- Mass Notification System
- The message system, as an available option that may be added, would be integrated with the website and mobile application, so announcements can be entered into the browser and sent by phone, email and text, while also posting the same message to the District/Schools website, app, and social media channels.

• Easily usable by technical and non-technical users
