The vendor is required to provide website design services to develop an enhanced, visually appealing website that is mobile-responsive, easy to navigate and provides the depth and breadth of information our customers seek about our venue and services.
- Website shall provide for the creation and submission of online forms that are easy to find and navigate for center customers such as general inquiries for information and sales inquiries.
- Contractor will use approved design and development platform to build the site. Contractor will install navigation, set up blank pages and transfer a small sampling of content. With an approved site plan and one-hour training on the use of the content management system (CMS) with a small group of administrators, the center web project team will migrate existing and new content to the new site according to an agreed-upon timeline.

• Backend is based on a popular database
• Content Management Systems can be WordPress, HubSpot, Joomla, or Drupal
• Pages: Custom or template-based can be considered
• Tools: Up to date and patched with no known exploits. Tools can mean image uploader, slider display, video player, RSS feed, backend data view like phpMyAdmin, jQuery effect and FX
• Must comply with and possibly exceed the standards set by the ADA and Section 508, as well as any other known state and federal regulatory compliance requirements

• Integrate center linked web portals, including but not limited to, Momentus (calendar, Exhibitor services ordering, upcoming events), Workforce Ready (employment/careers) and Google Maps (walk-in tours)
• Easy and clear access for customer sign-up information and electronic forms
• Frequently Asked Questions – Ability to categorize FAQs by department or page
• Site Search – Internal site search engine and log of search terms
• Optimized for searchability of content and attachments
• Archive/revision history functionality
• Site statistics – Google analytics and site audit reports
• Social Media Interface – Ability to display social media feeds if desired
• Photos – Easy to load and display; mobile-responsive photo gallery
• Provide an option to replace uploaded documents with new documents using the same URL so that the new file auto-uploads to all cross-linked areas
• Ensure online forms are secure
• Contractor acknowledges the intent of center to establish a single source exhibitor website or portal for center clients and exhibiting companies to initiate and process service orders.
