The vendor is required to provide the project shifts its focus to the next phase, which includes developing educational programming for the facility, specifically, developing an online educational website complementary to existing educational programs and aligned with the facility’s goals.
- Develop an online educational website that supports department current educational programming in topics relevant to the utility industry, such as renewable energy, energy and water conservation, and utility careers.
- The website must be geared primarily towards elementary school students and be interactive and engaging.
- In-Person and virtual meetings with city to discover city goals and vision for the educational website.
- Manage all aspects of the project discovery phase, information gathering, deliver meeting agendas and meeting minutes, and deliver documents that demonstrate written and visual progress of the project, such as an outline of the online curriculum concepts provided by department , website site map or flowchart, website renderings, and demo websites.
- Deliver post-discovery phase documents that demonstrate project understand and progress, such as a curriculum outline, website site map or flowchart, website renderings, and demo websites.
- Website deliverables include:
• A defined MVP (minimum viable product)
• Online web address hosting
• Landscape analysis
• Project requirements
• Content/website hierarchy
• Project schedule
• Launch strategy
• Website content to include photos, engaging games that enhance learning objectives, videos, written content, and similar creative elements
• An online webpage that highlights solar energy production at the sustainability education center
• Repairing website issues
• Final delivery of website
• Website should be accessible and user-friendly on mobile devices.
- Ongoing website maintenance:
• Updating content determined by department on an as needed basis.
• Continuous website improvement determined by department.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
