The Vendor is required to provide content management system/hosted software as-a-service (SaaS) solution for its public domains, including website, managed in Drupal 10.
- Project objectives are:

- The mandatory technical specifications are requirements encompass areas such as software installation, load balancing, database management, operating system requirements, system integrations, and more.
- The system must run in a Linux environment
- CMS must be certified and supported on current stable releases of such databases such as MySQL with automated version updates that are compatible with the currently installed Drupal version; specify which releases your solution supports
- List all database connection types that your solution supports (example JDBC).
- List your database server character-set and collation choices.
- The CMS web/application server must be certified and supported on apache or Nginx with automated version updates that are compatible with the currently installed Drupal version. PHP version must support currently installed Drupal version 10-11+, with option to manually switch to PHP version 8.2+ on demand.
- Business driver: follow industry best practices for management of production services; the system must be supported and installed in multiple instances (i.e. development, testing/staging, production)
- The system should be capable of supporting mirrored sites (e.g. automated storage and backup of content on multiple servers) for disaster recovery purposes.
- Describe where backup data is stored, and how fast it can be restored in the event of a total failure of the database and/or filesystem server.
- Describe the security access restrictions to data backup storage locations, devices and files.
