Content Management Services and Client Relations Management Services

The vendor is required to provide a client relationship management (CRM) software, content management system (CMS) (website and hosting), branding assistance and management, design assistance, website advertising opportunities, search engine optimization, email marketing and dedicated customer support.
- Provides integrations to the following optional plugins: economic impact calculators, lead attraction software and requests for proposals, user generated content options and/or lodging book direct functions.
- Perform the related professional services (e.g., best practices guidance, training, project management, and implementation, integration, and report development) in a timely and professional manner.
- The ideal Vendor shall have knowledge and experience in successfully implementing the proposed solutions at similar communities and tourism websites, including the management, development, and operation of such platforms to promote regional engagement and visitor outreach.
- Provide sufficient qualified staffing to complete all functions required.
