The vendor is required to provide from well-qualified business entities to create and operate a merchandise sales website (website).
- Design and develop an e-commerce website displaying city of merchandise available for purchase as reviewed and approved by the city.
- Merchandise services consisting of design, production and sale of approved merchandise online on city’s behalf.
- Offer a wide array of merchandise including, but not limited to: jackets, cups, shirts, postcards, and specialty items that promote the city with its logo and images.
- Provide professional service and merchandise at reasonable, market prices.
- Assess, install, and provide service to create an attractive and inviting website.
- Establish, develop and increase a strong customer base on the website through the use of marketing and advertising tools and outreach to the community.
- Establish and maintain a fulfillment operation to ensure that all products sold on the website are properly delivered to the purchasing customer.
- Implement, maintain and enforce all security rules and regulations related to the website.
- Provide services to meet the needs and expectations of the city.
- Inform the city of changes to legal requirements that will affect the website.
- The city will work with the awarded vendor and provide some artwork as intended

• Apparel: shirts, hats, hoodies, jackets, and fitness items featuring artwork and logos themes.
• Accessories: water bottles, tote bags, keychains, and patches.
• Outdoor gear: camping equipment, picnic sets, hiking gear, and fitness items.
• Souvenirs: postcards, magnets, and art prints showcasing landmarks and artwork.

• Website operation and maintenance plan
o roposers should include a timeline for website development which may be incorporated into the agreement.
o Describe all website-related software and merchandising, but not limited to, point of sale.
o Describe plan for ongoing maintenance of the website
• Customer service and fulfillment plan
o Identify customer service goals and policies. • Identify and describe plans and procedures related to merchandise production, inventory, and fulfillment of purchased products.
o Describe the process of how complaints will be handled, and list procedures that will be implemented for ensuring that management and personnel provide the highest quality of service.
o Describe speed of service guidelines that will be used.
o Describe a quality assurance program that will be applied.
o List customer guarantees, exchange or refund policies that will be applied.
o Provide a list of credit/debit cards that will be accepted.
