Website Redesign Services

The vendor is required to provide redesigned website shall conform to the following requirements:
• Built using the WordPress CMS platform
• A redesigned website that aligns with the agency brand guidelines
• Redesigned navigation and information architecture
• A user experience tailored to the target audiences and presents information with a clear and consistent visual hierarchy
• A user experience that is optimized for both mobile and desktop browsers
• Implementation of SEO best practices
• Maintains SEO equity and mitigates impact of transitioning content management system (“CMS”) platforms
• A system for site administrators to manage and approve content o including the ability to customize roles to tailor edit access to specific users and groups
• Integration with HubSpot
• Integration with CRM (slate)
• To meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 aa accessibility requirements
• To achieve core web vitals metrics across platforms
• Compliance with all current privacy and disclosure standards, including but not limited to, the general data protection regulation (“GDPR”) and act.
• A platform management strategy to ensure that all aspects of the site are maintained with the latest stable security patches, hosting best practices, and other cybersecurity protection
