The vendor is required to provide for maintenance and support for its Drupal-based website and for website development services and enhancements on an as-needed basis.
- Maintenance and support
• Maintenance shall include but is not limited to help with content issues, content management system (CMS), security patches and updates, google tag manager deployment, urgent CMS support and restore actions, support for regular GTFS and IBS changes and uploads.
• Each task shall be billed on an hourly basis as needed and approved in writing by pace project manager.
1. Tasks
• Perform bi-weekly monitoring of performance and provide pace project manager with written reports.
• Monitor website functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should and provide updates when necessary.
• Assist with downtime or performance issues by liaising with the web host provider.
• Execute plugin-level updates for specific functionality within the context of the CMS.
• Perform Drupal platform and security updates.
• Perform other updates as requested by pace.
• Confirm receipt of all maintenance and “bug fix” requests and provide an estimated completion date and cost within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Development services
• Create the ability for editors to retain previous drafts when making intermittent drafts that need to be published.
• On project pages and press release pages, the photo gallery images shall be made clickable to view an enlarged version and download a full-resolution version.
• Create on the location page a teaser box of upcoming meetings and events associated with that location, just as the home page has teaser boxes of news items.
• Create a stackable content type which allows for a subset list of people to be displayed on an info page.
• Add upgrades to project pages to edit the filter options (exposed form: projects-listing block) in house; choose the order of displayed projects; change the project list format; and add an image to listing.
• Create micro-site ‘sections’ of the website so each section could have a navigable mini-menu, with a hierarchy of breadcrumbs at the top of each relevant page.
• These sections should also be tied to the segmented permissions already implemented.
• Update the Drupal CMS to make the URL created for filtered lists “human-readable”.
• Create a page type called photo gallery. it shall contain a public-facing group of downloadable images.
• Pace staff shall upload each image to the media library and tag the image with relevant keywords.
• The public shall be able to search for an image based on those keywords or file name.
• Create the ability to add drop-down menus (when necessary) specially to simplify content on link-heavy pages for better user experience.
• Increase the max number of characters in the short message box on passenger notice editing screen and shorten the auto-generated URL that occurs at the end of a SMS.
