The vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive website design, platform migration, and implementation plan.
- The priorities of the website redesign are to:
• Improve website functionality with a more functional layout and navigation structure 
• Optimize mobile user interface 
• Include a mechanism to add alerts and notices on a temporary basis 
• Include a plan for data integration and transfer for reservoir elevation and releases ensure act and other accessibility compliance 
• Search engine optimized with quick load speeds 
• Migrate existing content to a new interface 
• Convert from WordPress bakery to new website platform 
• Refresh the design to modernize the look and feel to users 
• Provide an easy platform to manage for internal authority staff.
