The Vendor is required to provide for website design and logo creation services for the county network’s website.
- Provide to generate a logo and website for the emerging developer network (EDN).
- The website should be a resource for all emerging developers to go to find helpful documents, links, agendas, and information for the emerging developer network, including contact link(s) and information.
- It should allow for easy information sharing, education, and allow for future growth, allowing staff to easily upload and/or edit content.
- Logo design
• Intended use – the logo will be used on the website, letterhead, pamphlets, banners, promotional items, etc.
• Size: the design should be scalable for high resolution use in multiple settings and should incorporate vector graphics to accommodate for scaling.
• File: design should be submitted in a format compatible with most systems, JPG or PNG.
• Color: the design should be in color, but should also be useable in black and white applications as well.
• Submit 3- 5 examples of potential logo designs.
- Website design – website should include, but not necessarily limited to the following content:
• Website should be user-friendly, with easy to follow links and pages to relevant information.
• It may include the following pages: “about us page”, “contact us page”. News page”, “calendar page: “toolkit page”, “resource library page”, “event page”.
• The “contact us” section should include email and office phone number for emerging developer outreach coordinator and office hours, as well as an optional embedded method of sending email from the website.
• Main page should display logos and names of sponsors/partners of the EDN.
• Event page with dates and locations allowing staff to post and/or remove agendas, presentations, photos, etc.
• Visitors should have ability to download files/resources uploaded by EDN.
• EDN staff should have ability to add, remove, or modify/edit most content as often as needed.
• Please provide details as to the technical aspects of maintaining the site, including any need to purchase any specific software or training for personnel, as well as any and all information and projected costs for hosting, and background services necessary to maintain internet functionality.
• Website needs to be mobile responsive to enable usage on all devices.
• Website to allow interactive training and resource tool which would allow the following:
1. On demand training materials, embedded learning content and tutorial, progress tracking or module completion indicators.
• Staff to be able to create and manage a learning center or developer resource toolkit.
• Searchable resource library
• Optional intake form for prospective developers to express interest, ask questions or request one on one guidance or appointments from staff.
• Considerations for future user login functionality should be accounted for in the website’s architecture, so staff can edit most site content easily without needed developer assistance.
