Medicine Web Analytics Tool

The Vendor is required to provide a web analytics platform and support services.
- The major goal of this project is to identify a partner that can meet our data privacy standards, offer robust reporting and analysis tools, and help drive strategic insight across our websites for state medicine.
- The academic medical center (AMC) includes both our AMC hospitals and health centers as well as our internationally renowned medical school and its robust medical research activities.
- Services include:
•    Sign a business associate agreement (baa) certifying adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding the handling of protected health information (phi).
•    Provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant analytics platform.
•    Provide analytics monitoring across multiple websites, including:
o    Traffic source analysis (organic, paid, direct, referral)
o    Ability to add a secondary dimension (or more) for comparative analysis tables
o    Conversion tracking, including easy ability to add new success events such as pdf clicks, video engagement, etc.)
o    User behavior analysis (click paths, heat maps)
o    HIPAA compliant tag manager
•    Offer implementation and configuration services.
•    Provide training and documentation for internal teams.
•    Enable custom dashboard creation and stakeholder access control.
•    Support data exports and integrations with CMS and CRM platforms.
•    Offer ongoing technical support, training and strategic consulting.
•    Ensure compliance with internal data governance and privacy regulations.
•    Provide access to robust performance data and strategic insights about our websites, including a thorough understanding of user journeys both within and across our various websites.
•    Improve usability and accessibility of analytics dashboards for stakeholders.
•    Seamlessly integrate analytics with Drupal CMS and marketing efforts.
•    Examples of dashboards or reporting capabilities
o    Ability to share custom dashboard access, including permissions-setting for access beyond established users (i.e. Admin, analyst, read-only levels)
o    Ability to assign user permissions associated with each website evaluated
o    Ability to stack filters and create segmentation for analysis
o    Process for exporting data for additional analysis and reporting
•    Information regarding integration with Drupal, WordPress and other tools (e.g., CRMS, tag managers)
o    Ability to connect google ads and other ad accounts with our analytics platform
•    Client success strategy
o    Assignment of a dedicated support contact vs. utilization of ticketing/general support queue.
o    Client support included in basic package vs. what requires a la carte or premium service engagements.
o    Services offered relative to testing and debugging for custom event tracking
o    Assistance ensuring data reliability, and troubleshooting associated with missing tracking or missing data within the platform.
o    Time zone in which customer service representatives operate
•    Documentation of HIPAA-compliance program
o    Any relevant third-part security certifications (e.g. HITRUST, soc2, ISO 27001)
•    Pricing structure (implementation, ongoing support, licensing)
•    References for at least three similar health care clients
•    Access to demo videos (preferred)
•    Documentation of client data retention policy, including relevant retention schedule time frames.
