o CMS selection should prioritize usability, security, and scalability to support easy editing and updates by non-technical integral care staff.

o Key website web pages must be available in english, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese (simplified), and Arabic.
o Language must be easily selectable from the website homepage
o Language updates will be managed so non-technical staff can easily edit, update, and maintain content across all languages.

o Include a dynamic blog or news section and an interactive event calendar to keep website users informed and engaged.

o Answering frequently asked questions
