Replacement Website Development and Implementation and Ongoing Maintenance Services

The Vendor is required to provide website development firms for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for the City’s municipal website
- The successful proposer will develop, implement, and provide ongoing maintenance of a new Website to replace the current Website. 
- The new Website should contain all of the required functionality outlined herein, and as much of the preferred functionality as possible. 
- The City is open to both WordPress- and SaaS-based solutions.
- The City has made great strides in improving its digital services through SaaS platforms, including new paperless billing and autopay options for utility customers, a non-emergency service request platform, and better utilizing social media. 
- The City envisions a new website that reflects the City’s ongoing commitment to engaging with the public in a transparent, accessible manner.
