The vendor required to provide website and digital support may be needed as part of this RFP that may include new website build-outs, DevOps, HIPAA compliance, design UI/UX consultation, digital art production, copy writing and editing for websites, and technical consultation and execution (back-end and front-end).
- The site was launched in 2018 on a Django and python platform and features have continued to be built into it since then.
- The main features of the site include:
•    A directory of clinicians, clinic locations, conditions and treatments, and articles and blogs that are primarily authored by the clinicians. 
•    The ability for the general public to request an appointment with a clinician through phone call, form completion, as well as epic open scheduling where available.
•    The ability to quickly make updates within the content management system (wagtail) to keep the site up to date.
•    Permission-based editing for employees to allow editing and publishing based on their permissions. 
•    Integration with multiple incoming nightly API data feeds (epic, PeopleSoft, cactus, md staff, etc.) to ensure information related to current faculty is updated.
•    Integration with other agency sites or apps via outgoing APIs to keep multiple systems aligned.
•    Google translations with 15 available languages available. 
•    An admin area where clinicians are able to update their own online profile information.
