The vendor required to provide website redesign and site maintenance services to content management services and design for a new website for the city.
- This redesign will create a professional, citizen-focused website with clear navigation, modern branding, and engaging visuals.
- The website should be easily updatable by internal staff, with the ability to seamlessly migrate any existing page content onto the new platform.
- Site requirements:
•    Website design will be in line with city branding
•    Website will have enhanced user navigation and search engine optimization; 
•    Website will have browser-based administration capabilities, allowing internal city website administrators to edit, create, or delete web content; 
•    Website will have user friendly meetings and events calendar with the ability to link to relevant information for calendar entry;
•    Website will have an organized and searchable forms and information directory; 
•    Website will include standard analytics integration; 
•    Website will have dynamic posting across web pages; 
•    Website will contain complete and accurate descriptions of the city along with departments, including staff directories;
•    Website will have language translation capabilities;
•    Website will accept digital payments for any and all city business; 
•    Website will have easy navigation across departmental landing pages, complete with necessary content and internal links; 
•    Website must be fully searchable; 
•    Security integration in line with requirements from city’s department; 
•    Website will have document management where needed;
•    Ability to opt-in to city alerts and news updates via email subscriptions; 
•    Seamless data migration from the city’s current website;
•    Website must meet all current accessibility standards and be documented fully;

2. Branding
•    Colors: dark orange (primary), orange (secondary)
•    Typography: modern sans-serif, highly legible
•    Crest logo versions:
o    Full circular crest with city – est. 1832 (header)
o    Simplified crest icon (favicon and social)
o    Muted watermark version (footer).
