The Vendor is required to provide to obtain professional website administration and marketing services that will enhance the city’s communications, branding, public engagement, and promotional efforts.
- The city serves a diverse community and seeks to effectively communicate city initiatives, services, events, and economic development opportunities to residents, businesses, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- The City desires to engage a professional website administration and marketing firm with demonstrated experience in municipal or public-sector marketing.
- Provide services that may include:
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
• Branding services, including logo refinement (if applicable), messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
• Website administration and security, including content updates upon request.
• Public information and outreach campaigns for City programs, initiatives, and special events.
• Digital marketing services, including website content strategy, social media management (including, but not limited to, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), and email communications.
• Graphic design services for print and digital materials.
• Media relations, including press releases and coordination with local and regional media outlets.
• Photography, videography, and related editing services (as needed).
• Crisis communication support, if requested.
• Coordination with City staff and attendance at meetings as required.
• Monthly performance reports covering summary of key metrics and analytics to include
• Google Analytics and related tracking tools.
