The vendor required to provide website redesign to redesign and revamp our existing WordPress website with our established color palettes, logos and typography, with a clean and modern look that is consistent across all pages.
- Requirement:
1. Website review and structure
•    Bidder must review the current agency website structure and content to recommend website improvements to be implemented.
•    The redesign will improve page hierarchy and content grouping.
•    Will provide updates to sitemap and primary navigation structure.
2. Design and user experience
•    Refresh of overall look and feel while maintaining existing branding. 
•    The new design should be modern, clean, and not overly distracting or difficult to read.
•    New images for banners and headings of main pages that correspond with the topic of the page
•    Improved use of imagery, icons, and graphic elements
•    Design refresh applied across all existing pages
•    Enhancements to readability and content presentation
•    Responsive design adjustments for mobile and tablet views
3. Technical updates and optimization
•    Review functionality of links, navigation, and page layouts
•    Bug fixes and refinements prior to launch
•    SEO cleanup, including page titles and meta descriptions
•    Basic performance improvements, such as image optimization and page load speed
4. Documentation and handoff
•    Style guide or documentation to support future internal updates and maintenance
