- Objectives

•    Consolidate all utility-related domains to a single authoritative source of accurate information for authority customers and all website visitors.
- Requirement:
•    Perform a full audit of the current website and content structure.
•    Conduct discovery, planning, and stakeholder interviews.
•    Ensure full alignment with authority brand identity by applying approved brand standards, visual guidelines, and messaging throughout the website’s design, content, and user experience.
•    Create a new sitemap, navigation model, and wireframes.
•    Redesign the UI/UX with a modern, clean, accessible interface.
•    Rewrite content for clarity, plain language, and multilingual consistency.
•    Develop the website on a modern, secure CMS.
•    Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly layouts across all major devices.
•    Integrate accessibility features and conduct accessibility audits.
•    Configure multilingual tools and workflows.
•    Conduct usability testing with staff and community users.
•    Support launch activities and provide post-launch issue resolution.
•    Annual website hosting, security maintenance, backups, and technical support.
