Linewize Web Content Filtering Software

The Vendor is required to provide linewize web content filtering or an approved alternate, complying with the enclosed.
- Specifications for Content Filter:
•    Must support Windows 11 laptops on and off premise.
•    Must support ChromeOS laptops on and off premise.
•    Must support iPads on and off premise.
•    Must pull groups / user identity from Entra ID / Active Directory via LDAP / Google.
•    Must be able to import csv files into lists for migration.
•    Reporting must include exact URLs not just the domain name, timestamps, user who visited site, and other network related information such as IP address and MAC address.
•    SSL Decryption for filtering specific URLs to the exact URL via a device installed agent and cloud proxy DNS.
•    On premise appliance for Guest User devices such as cell phones and personal owned computers.
•    Preferred option of real time image analysis and blurring on adult / obscene content.
•    No endpoint limitation.
•    Provide pre-defined categories to block to be CIPA compliant such as adult, gambling, and offensive content.
•    Provide a hierarchy structure for filtering rules where one group can be overridden to allow access over others.
•    Enforce safe search for google and Bing queries.
•    Must provide time limitations where student devices can’t connect to the internet such as between the hours of 1 and 5 A.M.
•    Must provide rules that are enforced by the district and rules that can be overrode by teachers in their classroom management suite.
•    Must flag at risk content as adult content, proxy usage or VPN usage.
•    Must enforce VPN and proxy restriction where students can’t bypass the filter.
•    Must provide details such as title on YouTube videos watched.
•    Must be able to pull daily reports for certain student email addresses.
•    Must be able to pull reporting / internet history for at least 90 days at a time.
- Student Protection Software:
•    Google integration for student identification and groups
•    24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year human monitoring / phone calls for at risk students.
•    Must support Windows 11 laptops on and off premise
•    Preferred support for iPads
•    Must support ChromeOS laptops on and off premise
•    Must be cloud management suite
•    Must be able to accept multiple contacts per school with a first, second, third hierarchy for phone call high risk situations.
•    No endpoint limitation.
•    Add notes to events.
•    Events need ability to open / close for status monitoring.
•    Provide historical event data.
- Classroom Management Software:
•    Must be able to provide student screen visibility via screenshots.
•    Must be able to view history of screenshots for that daily activity.
•    Must be cloud management suite.
•    Must support Windows 11 laptops on and off premise.
•    Must support ChromeOS laptops on and off premise.
•    No endpoint limitation.
•    Must be able to accept teacher created rules and block / allow as necessary.
•    Must be able to accept class schedules to override rulesets set in place by teachers.
