The vendor required to provide web refresh spring 2026 services for include:
- Rationale
•    As our marketing activities are becoming almost entirely digital, the college needs a website that is optimized for the collegebound student and their family. 
•    We want to continue to ensure that we’re using SEO best practices and that the site is set up to track marketing and advertising efforts and conversions on the site.
- Current state of the website
•    The college uses a hosted version of cascade CMS 8. 
•    It is on a load-balanced cluster of two dedicated off-premises VMS. 
•    The plan is to continue using a hosted CMS and to continue hosting our website off-premises in a redundant, dedicated architecture that is locked down in such a way that it can only be reached and managed from the COLLEGE’S VPN. 
•    Third-party tools that are currently integrated into the site include but are not limited to: social intents (chat), let’s talk (chat), OSANO (cookie consent management), google analytics (tracking), Dubbot (scanning, web governance software), bootstrap and Jquery, crazy egg, Pingdom for monitoring, Facebook pixel
- Homepage
•    The college for a refreshed and restructured homepage that maintains the current branding and design integrity. 
•    We’re looking to include updated representation of the navigation to accommodate added links (apply, give, visit) and the new logo.
•    The structure of navigation won’t be modified. 
•    The college is also looking to include a new hero component that will be a full-width, auto-play video 
•    The college would also like the selected vendor to evaluate and make recommendations to the hierarchy of content on the homepage to better suit the needs of our target audiences.
- Personalized services needed
•    Provide a dedicated account representative to act as the primary point of contact, lead and manage projects and offer ongoing support for the duration of engagement with this project. 
•    Meet and communicate regularly with key university representatives in order to complete projects on target and on budget.
