2026 Website Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide services for the agency web program, the 511 traveler information program, as well as other websites as needed.
- Consultants may apply to be approved for any one or more of the following service categories (Service Categories) on the Bench:
•    Website Operations and Maintenance Services
•    Website Design, Development, and Enhancement Services
- Agency web program establishes and implements agency-wide web standards, provides broad ranging website support services, and guides best practices for web security.
- Over the past eight years, the agency web program has worked to standardize websites onto agency single, upgradeable, secure, and supportable Drupal platform in the Pantheon hosting environment.
- Several sites were rebuilt to these agency standards. Additionally, smaller sites built on older technology were consolidated into larger, standardized sites to streamline operations and maintenance resources.
- These efforts are ongoing. The program is also developing an open-source agenda-management application.
- Website was last redesigned in June 2021 on the agency-standard Drupal platform, incorporating mobile-friendly design and integrating Granicus meeting-management software.
- Application development, systems design and development methodologies, including:
•    Design and development of open source content management systems (CMSs) and/or proprietary applications;
•    Implementing and deploying design templates and frameworks;
•    Implementing security standards and controls to prevent, detect, and correct application, data, and process security weaknesses;
•    Implementing sound administration practices such as version control, configuration management, staging and deployment, testing, updates, and backup monitoring;
•    Implementing WCAG and Section 508 accessibility-compliant standards.
