The Vendor is required to provide experience supporting DotNetNuke (DNN) Platform version websites.
- Required to assess the current DNN websites, develop a plan and schedule, perform the upgrades, and provide hourly support as needed
- All instances utilize the Mandeeps “Live HTML” DNN modules (Ultimate Enterprise version) All five websites are hosted on two Microsoft Window 2019 IIS web servers, and their databases and log databases are located on one shared SQL server.
- Requirements
• Upgrade DNN Platform (open source) version 10.0.0 software with latest version of DNN Platform (open source) for all five (5) instances.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and support as needed.
• Provide live customer support 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday – Friday (except for State holidays) to agency Web Team members.
• Timely response to agency Web Team member’s service requests as follows:
• Work requiring less than 1 hour to complete: response and completion within one business day.
• Work requiring 1-4 hours to complete: response within one business day; completion within 5 business days.
• Work requiring 5-40 hours to complete: response within two business days; completion within 15 business days
- Provide any documentation, knowledge transfer and a final closeout report upon completion of all website updates.
