Website Hosting Services

The Vendor is required to provide for website hosting for the department.
- Provide managed hosting service for Drupal with a true enterprise-level datacenter backend and a guaranteed 99.95% or better uptime.
- Like to take advantage of a hosting service that can provide us with high uptime, security, redundancy, performance, and exceptional support. An excellent hosting service will provide production, test, and development environments, integration with drush and Git version control, real time performance monitoring, and other Drupal-level support services.
- Datacenter and servers:
•    The ability to create a secure network service to connect the Drupal environment with agency private network to provide access to internal databases (MySQL) that will interact with the public Drupal sites. 
- The core Drupal environment is provided; such as individual instances, dedicated servers, containers for individual services or a collective cloud environment.
- Git integration and configuration options.
- The platform handle scaling for both sustained growth and traffic spikes (planned or unexpected) and what tools are available to agency administrators to monitor and manage capacity
- Provide information about named user accounts for the management of the Drupal environment
