The Vendor is required to provide web content management support (Web-CMS), the contractor will perform work such as, but not limited to, the following: application upgrades, security patches, maintain ADA accessibility compliance, workflow modifications, templating assistance, and consultation on application capabilities.
- On-call application support
• When system problems arise that are unassociated with work being performed under a task work order, the commission project manager will report the problem to the contractor in writing either via email or an it service management ITSM service portal provided by the contractor.
• Project manager will request the work be performed by internal staff if the problem resides outside of the Web-CMS application itself, or a combination of the two.
• Vendor must have available resources 24/7/365 to manage critical (i.e. P1) priorities.
