The Vendor is required to provide website development, hosting and content management services for business and technical requirements:
- Platform requirements
• Solution must be based on an industry-standard open-source CMS platform (WordPress or Drupal).
• Proprietary CMS solutions will not be considered.
• All hosting infrastructure must be located within the country, including primary and disaster recovery sites, in compliance requirements.
• Solution must demonstrate compliance with NIST 800-53 moderate security controls through FEDRAMP, SOC 2 type 2, ISO 27001, or HITRUST certification.
• Solution must support https and TLS 1.2 or higher for all connections.
• Solution must provide 99.9% uptime service level agreement (SLA) with documented remedies for non-compliance.
- Content management requirements
• Solution must provide WYSIWYG content editing interface accessible to non-technical users.
• Solution must support document uploads and management (pdf, word, excel, PowerPoint) with version control.
• Solution must support embedded video content from YouTube and other video platforms.
• Solution must support embedding of Microsoft power bi dashboards via iframe or native integration.
• Solution must support embedding of third-party event registration tools
• Solution must support integration or embedding of survey tools for stakeholder feedback.
• Solution must provide content scheduling capabilities for future publishing.
• Solution must maintain content revision history with ability to restore previous versions.
