The Vendor is required to provide marketing and website services dynamic, full-service team to support communication and marketing of the development and activation of island.
- Branding and creative services support
1. Potential new brand identity
• Develop a color palette, tab line, and brand standards for panther island to be reflected in the website developed by this firm and sub-consultant and used by district in collateral material including e-newsletter(s) following discussion of applicability of district brand guidelines.
• Conduct meetings with district staff to present color palettes and tag lines for staff input and consideration.
• Prepare a style guide to be used by staff and vendors to ensure the brand is used consistently across all platforms.
2. Potential logo refresh
• Evaluate existing logos for island and panther island pavilion and deliver a new logo(s) and design(s) if deemed appropriate or a strategy to guide and expand usage of existing logos. [Price logo development separately.]
• Provide recommendations on logo usage hierarchy across panther island and panther island pavilion
3. Creative support
• Copywriting as needed
• Graphic design support as needed
• Production of marketing materials and print collateral for public awareness, as needed
- Website content framework
• Development opportunity with imagery of panther island as updated in vision 2.0, renderings of the phase i work, and renderings and timeline of the sister flood control project;
• Developer tools to include links to form-based code, canal system manual, contract templates, city drainage master plan, city incentive strategy (TBD), and process tools of navigating city.
