The Vendor is required to provide website to enhance the user experience, simplify content management, and provide better information and customer service to its residents and businesses, while meeting high standards for design quality and visual appeal. - Effective websites provide dynamic content that keeps users engaged and coming back. - Requirement: • To propose several graphic design options for standard site and sub-page templates. • Once a design is final, vendor shall implement the design. • To develop updating procedures, and standards suitable for the county; • To provide training and mentoring for county’s it technical staff on the content management system to be implemented. • Training should include addressing ADA compliance and best practices. • Develop and implement a migration or upgrade plan with specific objectives and timeline for the move of county government’s current website content to the new platform. • This may include sub-sites, documents, images, calendars, and other web content as determined by the county website design review team. • Define the necessary hardware and software licensing requirements to implement a solution to the satisfaction of the county. • Assure that the website implementation will support industry standard mobile devices and internet access. • The site shall be fully functional across all commonly utilized web-platforms. • Provide telephone support and informal phone mentoring through the life of the contract. • User-based security shall be implemented minimally at the web-page level. • A review and approval process must be available for content. • Provide hosting solutions and options. • All content must be hosted on us-based servers. • Content management functional analysis (see table below).
