The Vendor is required to provide for content management system/hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for its public domains, including website, managed in Drupal 10-11+.
- Operating System
• The system must run in a Linux environment.
• The configuration and capacity of your servers.
• Solution require software running on other operating system services (including version releases)
• Solution require other software utilities.
• Solution require manual maintenance of upgrades/updates by client
- Database
• CMS must be certified and supported on current stable releases of such databases, such as MySQL with automated version updates that are compatible with the currently installed Drupal version.
• Specify which releases are supported by your solution.
• List all database connection types that your solution supports (example JDBC).
• List your database server character-set and collation choices.
• solution require manual maintenance of upgrades/updates by client
- Web application server
• The CMS web/application server must be certified and supported on Apache or Nginx with automated version updates that are compatible with the currently installed Drupal version. PHP version must support currently installed Drupal version 10-11+, with the option to manually switch to PHP versions on demand.
• Specify the releases supported by your solution.
• Specify any additional modules that are required in order for the system to function.
• Solution self-contained. Possess a built-in web server or web application server.
• CMS solution will be configured. Is it a single system, or is it a multi-system. The failure would affect the sites on the server.
• Specify support for SSO Authentication in Drupal with Microsoft Azure as Identity Provider (IDP), such as simplesamlphp. Solution compatible with Microsoft Azure and preconfigured.
• Specify other CMS’s supported, including options for headless Drupal (i.e. Next.js support).
- Testing, Staging and Development
• Business driver: follow industry best practices for management of production services. The cloud system must be supported and installed in multiple instances (i.e. Development, testing/staging, production)
• Solution support unlimited self-service cloud development environments (i.e. Each GIT branch).
• The system supports off-line data backup and archived environments.
• Solution provide new website provisioning upon demand.
• Solution provide SFTP access for on-server development.
• Solution provide domain and SSL certificate provisioning solution.
• Solution provide a dedicated environment for automated Drupal core and module updates with custom deployment settings and visual regression testing or similar tool.
• Solution allow for permission-based developer (user) access setup.
• Solution support git and composer integration.
