- Provide dependable, secure, and high-performance website hosting, ongoing maintenance, and search engine optimization (SEO) services to support its public-facing web presence in compliance with applicable state statutes, department standards, public information and accessibility standards, and to optimize it for public engagement and search visibility.

• Managed WordPress hosting environment, or an equivalent platform, capable of fully supporting the existing site’s functionality and architecture.
• Service providers shall host all required domains on dedicated server infrastructure engineered for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Hosting environment must include multiple co-located servers configured with full redundancy and load balancing to ensure uninterrupted service availability and optimal resource allocation.
• Continuous monitoring to maintain uptime and performance stability.
• Scalable architecture capable of supporting future growth and increased traffic demands (e.g., during storm events or public meetings).
