The Vendor is required to provide of web‑based live streaming, hosting, archiving, and public access services to support statutory transparency requirements for public hearings and meetings held by the board.
- The Services will include the use of cloud‑hosted webcasting and an archival platform to provide live internet video broadcasting of designated public hearings and meetings of the board and to archive those broadcasts in a manner that allows the public to access and view meetings at a future time.
- The Services must ensure continuous public availability, ease of access, and long‑term retention of meeting records.
- Provide a sufficient internet connection (bandwidth) to ensure high quality, live webcasting of agency Meetings. Contractor will need to install a data line in the control room of the conference room if needed to send webcast programs to its video servers.
- Video clips of each agenda item must be available for viewing within 48 hours of the meeting ending.
- Must provide a website from which it will host both live and archived broadcasts.
- Must provide 100% service availability during agency Meetings.
- Must provide technical/customer support to viewers of the webcast, as needed.
- Must maintain a continuity of operations/disaster recovery plan providing for restoration of service.
