• Spanish translation services are required, and access for any other language request must be provided as needed.
• Marketing and promotion: ongoing efforts to develop marketing materials in multiple languages, provide training and technical assistance to current and potential website users, and publication of the website.
• Performance reporting: ongoing provision of routine and special-request data reports from the website, waiting list system, and customer support.
• Ongoing integration with city housing locator process to remove duplicate listings.
• Technical requirements: ability to operate the website and waiting list free of charge to all user types, and in compliance with applicable privacy and accessibility laws.
