The Vendor is required to provide website development services and accessibility remediation and captioning services for include:
1. Web development, architecture and hosting
• Fully responsive websites and web applications optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile with verified crossbrowser compatibility.
• Backend access to website monitoring, analytics, and performance tools.
2. AIenabled search and chat capabilities
• Aipowered fullsite search (index, understand, and retrieve) and conversational AI (chat) that improves relevance and user experience.
3. AI-enabled content generation capabilities
• Content generation, translation, editorial assistance, or AIassisted accessibility remediation is highly desirable.
4. Content remediation and captioning
• All services and deliverables must meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and be able to satisfy future updates.
• Remediation scope includes web pages, pdfs, office documents, EPUB files, and multimedia, plus synchronized captioning for live and recorded content.
5. Domain migration
• Successful execution of department and domain transfers, platform consolidations, and legacy system migrations, including the migration of content, metadata, and user roles while maintaining uptime, SEO integrity, and data security.
6. Staff training plan
• Comprehensive training programs inclusive of documentation and user guides and knowledgetransfer sessions.
7. Helpdesk
