The Vendor is required to provide website content management system (CMS) must replace the existing legacy platforms, that rely on hard-coded updates and lack the features needed to serve state staff and public audiences effectively.
- CMS system that includes the following features:
• Drag and drop editing
• Scheduled and immediate publishing
• Multiuser editing with ≥4 administrators
• Microsite creation
• User friendly online payment acceptance
• Newsletter creation and email blasts to ~10,000 educators
• Migration of all content and artifacts from three state sites
• State hosted architecture
• Data visualization capabilities (including powerBI compatibility)
• Minimal need for html coding
• Branding tools for theme consistency
• Embedded translation features
• Analytics including document tracking and user navigation behavior
• Ada / section 508 compliance
• Embedded preview capabilities
- The CMS must also support a mobile friendly design compatible with android and apple devices.
