The Vendor is required to provide website and digital services platform as a replacement for our existing traditional website model that meets federal WCAG accessibility requirements, integrates with current city data systems, and provides intuitive, user-friendly access to city information and services, while prioritizing accessibility-by-design and continuous compliance.

• An intuitive interface and an easy learning curve to facilitate rapid adoption and minimize the need for external ongoing training services.

• Must have an ongoing and sustainable product and corporate strategy to avoid obsolescence.
