The Vendor is required to provide website redesign, hosting, and maintenance to redesign its website and implement a modern, secure and scalable content management system (CMS).
- Website strategy, design and user experience
• Developing user-centered design strategies for public-sector websites
• Creating intuitive navigation structures and content organization frameworks
• Producing responsive, mobile-first designs across devices
• Ensuring compliance with ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA or current accessibility standards
• Incorporating branding and visual identity consistent with county standards
- Content management systems (CMS) experience
• Role-based access and permissions
• Content workflows (draft, review, approval, publishing)
• Version control and audit history
• Template-based page creation aligned with branding standards
• Search functionality, including document indexing (e.g., pdfs)
• SEO tools and metadata management
• Multilingual content support and translation workflows
• Integration capabilities with third-party systems and APIs
- Website development and integration experience
• Responsive websites optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Secure online forms, including payment processing where applicable
• Searchable document libraries
• Integration with external systems such as:
• Mass notification systems (EMAIL/SMS)
• Social media platforms
• Flight information systems, parking management, ground transportation
• Scalable architecture to support future growth and functionality
