The Vendor is required to provide website design, CMS development and tessitura integration for include:
1. Website design and development
• Website design and development
• Design and develop two distinct, branded web experiences:
• Aspen show tix marketplace
• Wheeler opera house website
• Ensure both sites:
• Maintain independent branding, navigation, and user experience
• Are visually cohesive while serving different user needs
• Create a responsive, mobile-first design with cross-browser compatibility
• Provide UX/UI design that supports intuitive navigation, event discovery, and conversion
2. Multi-site platform architecture
• Implement a shared CMS platform supporting both aspen show tix and wheeler opera house websites within a single environment (e.g., WordPress multisite, Drupal multi-site, or equivalent)
• Propose a CMS platform that is widely supported, well-documented, and suitable for long-term maintainability by non-technical staff.
• Ensure:
• Centralized backend management, hosting, and infrastructure
• Separate front-end identities and navigation structures
• Scalability to support future expansion of AST marketplace partners
3. Event data & content model
• Tessitura (source of truth):
• Event data (title, dates, times, pricing, availability)

• CMS must serve as the primary system for managing all media assets
• Support:
