• Automated accessibility scanning aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards to support users with accessibility needs
• Pdf and document accessibility testing
• SEO insights and checks
• Content quality checks, including, but not limited to: broken links, misspellings, readability
• Scheduled reporting, as agreed upon, with prioritized issue reporting to distinguish between critical issues and minor issues
• Historical tracking and reporting to measure improvement
• Client support including, but not limited to: training resources and documentation, support for multiple users including both users from the agency’s internal team and vendors that support website, product support, and consulting services.
