• Provide general and technical guidance on website development, accessibility compliance, content management systems, search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), digital strategy, and industry trends.
• Ensure the website, development processes, and related documentation comply with all applicable healthcare, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other applicable federal and state regulations.
• Perform website accessibility testing, remediation recommendations, and compliance validation activities and provide supporting compliance documentation.
• Assist with website governance, content administration processes, user permissions, training, and content management procedures within the hub spot CMS environment.
• Develop and respond to stakeholder surveys, user-experience evaluations, usability assessments, and website performance reviews.
• Assist in the development and review of website content, communications, and digital assets for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, branding, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing consultation, analysis, recommendations, and technical guidance regarding website operations, enhancements, content strategy, and digital experience initiatives.
