• Performance Optimization: Database tuning, caching configuration, and load-balancing improvements to maintain optimal site performance.
• Content & User Management Support: Assistance with role-based permissions, workflow configuration, and content management processes.
• Hosting & Server Support: Optimization and maintenance of IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments supporting DNN installation.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Scheduled backups, integrity verification, and routine disaster-recovery testing to ensure data resilience.
• Helpdesk & Support: Support services governed by defined SLAs for response and resolution times.
• ADA Compliance: Ensuring the website adheres to current accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.
• High Availability Requirements: Maintaining a fully redundant, high availability environment to ensure continuous up time.
Proposals for WDDS-0658 are due by October 30, 2026.
