Website Management and Support Services to provides a web portal that is used to:
• Disseminate health care information through notices, reports and web pages.
• Collect health care facility data using web-based surveys.
• Receive large files via SFTP from health care entities.
• Host large files, provided by the Commission and made available for download through secure file transfer protocol.
• Process financial transactions
- Commission IT staff and leadership to maintain the
current AWS environment, support existing applications, assist with infrastructure improvements, and
provide technical guidance regarding the Commission's current and future cloud hosting needs as
follows:
1. Manage and maintain the Commission’s AWS Account and Infrastructure Management
2. Configure and support sFTP, Drupal and .NET applications
3. Adding, removing, restoring and archiving .NET databases for survey applications
4. Manage AWS accounts, resources, configurations, and environments
5. Adding and updating sFTP users
6. Configure and maintain Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs)
7. Amazon S3 and Cloud Storage Management
8. Manage subnets, routing, security groups, and network configurations in the AWS environment
9. Create and maintain development, testing, staging and production environments
10. Monitor AWS resource utilization and performance
11. Recommend infrastructure improvements and cost-saving opportunities
12. Assist with the deployment of new AWS resources as required
13. Ensure timely security updates
14. 24/7 On call support including responding to system alarm notifications
