Managed Hosting Providers to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and fully managed hosting services for GovHub, the State of Georgia's enterprise Drupal-based Content Management System (CMS). GovHub is a shared digital platform that supports more than 90 State agencies by providing a standardized enterprise content management solution for public-facing websites.
- Hosting performance, security posture, recovery readiness, and operational transparency directly affect the delivery of public-facing digital services, agency onboarding, publishing continuity, and DSGa’s ability to consistently govern the shared CMS across participating agencies.
- services that include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Hosting Environments: Provide and manage production and non-production hosting environments for GovHub.
b. Infrastructure and Product Operations: Provide infrastructure and product operations, environment management, and deployment support.
c. Security and Compliance Support: Provide security controls and compliance support, including Web Application Firewall (WAF) operations and support for GovRAMP related documentation,
assessments, and continuous monitoring activities.
d. Monitoring and Operational Readiness: Provide monitoring, alerting, logging, log forwarding, backup and restoration, disaster recovery, and incident response support.
e. Performance and Scalability: Provide performance monitoring, scalability planning, and service reporting.
f. Integration and Operational Support: Provide limited product-adjacent enablement and integration support when directly related to hosting and product operations.
g. Customer Support: Provide responsive and effective customer support for hosting and WAF services.
h. Transition Services: Provide transition-in, implementation, and migration support, as applicable, and transition-out assistance at the conclusion of the contract.
