Forensic Accounting Software

The vendor is required to provide for the procurement of a state-of-the art, commercially available, and customizable software application for our unique forensic accounting business needs.
- Financial investigation software, the selected offeror must provide the ago with software training and user support; proactive software maintenance activities to ensure that the software application continues to function optimally; and necessary reactive software support to resolve technical problems, optimize the use of the application, and maintain the software’s performance and usability.
- At a minimum, this must include:
• Software for forensic accountants that meet the objectives detailed below (referred to as “solutions”).
• currently, this involves 15 users.
• Deployment of the solution.
• Training for the users of the software to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the solution.
• Ongoing customer service support and periodic training.
• The maintenance and support of the solution to support the ago’s current and future operational needs, including:
o Regular updates to ensure optimal software performance and security.
o Proactive monitoring and software maintenance to prevent potential issues and minimize downtime.
o Resolution of specific issues affecting the software's functionality.
- A solution that will address the objectives listed above and the functional and security requirements laid out below.
- The solution must encompass tools, licensing, configuration, installation, integration, and data transfer needed in the use and administration of the financial investigation software.
- The offeror must provide initial training for 15 employees, to include the following roles: forensic accountants, charitable funds auditors, and supervisors.
- Provide training documentation, guides, and online resources to ensure the ago can independently use and maintain the software.
- The offeror must provide maintenance and support activities that include ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution, and updates and patches to maintain security and functionality over time.
- The implementation phase will include data migration from current systems, along with setup and customization of the new solution, and time for iterative feedback and enhancements.
