The Vendor is required to provide independently certified public accountants for the performance of the annual audit of its financial accounts and records beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
- The services would be for the purpose of rendering opinions regarding the fairness of presentation of applicable financial statements and agency compliance with applicable legal and contractual provisions, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The services to be provided include, but are not limited to:
• Audit to be performed in accordance with government auditing standards (GAS)
• Audit reports containing financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) promulgated by the government accounting standards board (GASB)
• Other services: throughout the year provide financial consulting, process improvement guidance, and general CPA support on a variety of accounting issues to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The auditing firm selected shall audit the annual general-purpose financial statement and supplemental information for each of the years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027.
- The resulting Financial and Compliance Reports will include:
1. Financial section:
• Independent auditors’ report
• Management’s discussion and analysis
• Basic financial statements
1. Governmental funds balance/statement of net position
2. Statement of governmental funds revenues, expenditures and changes in
- Fund balances/statement of activities
• Notes to the financial statements
1. Schedules of required supplemental information:
• Schedule of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance – budget and actual – capital fund
• Departmental schedule of sources and uses of financial resources – governmental fund type
• Governmental funds balance sheet/statement of net position – prior year comparison
• Statement of governmental funds revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balances/statement of activities - prior year comparison.
