External Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide external audit services.
- Consultant shall prepare the following reports:
• Report on the fair presentation of agency financial statements;
• Management letter of comments;
• Report on significant deficiencies or material weaknesses in internal control, if any are identified;
• Other communications to those charged with governance as required by professional standards.
- The audit, Consultant shall present to the board the audit report, findings, and make other communications as required by professional standards.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
