- These services may encompass the examination of governance frameworks, workflow optimization, resource allocation, cost-effectiveness, and overall fiscal health of the organization.
- Services include:
• Review organizational structure, reporting lines, and role clarity to assess alignment with strategic goals.
• Evaluate governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and accountability mechanisms.
• Conduct environment/jurisdictional scans to identify relevant trends, best practices, legislative frameworks, optimal sizing and comparative models.
• Develop comprehensive engagement plans and conduct/facilitate stakeholder engagements, through in person, virtual and hybrid sessions.
• Collect, compile, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from stakeholder engagements, surveys, interviews, and other sources to identify key themes, insights, and trends.
• Assess organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and internal communication practices.
• Document and visualize end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies, delays, and redundancies.
• Analyze handoffs, approvals, and decision points to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, or standardization of processes.
• Assess staffing levels, role alignment, and workload distribution to ensure optimal use of human resources.
• Evaluate financial resource allocation and spending patterns for alignment with priorities.
• conduct targeted financial audits, including expenditure reviews, compliance checks, and internal control assessments.
• Review existing KPIS and performance reporting tools for relevance, accuracy, and alignment with strategic outcomes.
• Develop or refine metrics to better capture efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Establish performance baselines and benchmarks for continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Compare current-state findings with best practices, strategic goals, or regulatory requirements.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and areas of underperformance or risk.
• Highlight opportunities for innovation, cost savings, or enhanced service delivery.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations prioritized by impact, feasibility, and urgency.
• Create an implementation roadmap with timelines, resource requirements, and accountability structures.
• Include change management strategies to support adoption and sustainability of improvements.
- The Province will provide a workspace space when the Contractor is required to perform Services on-site.
